Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only in cases of defective products or incorrect deliveries.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:

・You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product (the delivery date is included).

・The return shipment procedure must be completed within 7 days of receiving the product.

In eligible cases, return shipping costs will be covered by our store.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item has been received and inspected,
we will process the refund within 14 days.

Please note that the actual timing of the refund appearing on your account
may vary depending on your credit card company or payment provider.

Returns for EU Customers

For orders shipped to the European Union,
in accordance with EU consumer protection laws,
customers may return items within 14 days of receiving the product without providing a reason.
